NOKTO makes custom jerseys and teamwear for clubs and teams. We wrote our own 3D engine to do it.

It runs in the browser on real garment patterns, not on a picture wrapped around a mannequin. Patterns line up across the seams. Collar stripes keep their exact spacing all the way around the neck. Colours, stitching and fabric are rendered live on the garment as you change them, on phones too.

You can design a whole club in one session. Each product gets its own tab, from jerseys and shorts to tracksuits, hoodies and jackets. Your colours and crest travel with you from one to the next. Pick your club colours and you start from a finished design instead of a blank shirt.

The part I'm most proud of is what happens after you hit order. The design is frozen as it was ordered and turned into a tech pack for the factory automatically: Pantone colours, placements, trim specs, and a size chart with measuring diagrams for every garment. Nobody redraws anything by hand, so what you saw on screen is what goes into production.
