Omnara is a mobile- and web-based command center for AI coding agents like Claude Code, built for long-running, asynchronous workflows. It decouples the agent loop from the local terminal, allowing developers to stay in control of live coding sessions even when they’re away from their desk.

Omnara runs agents as headless processes on your local machine or directly in the cloud, securely streaming real-time agent events such as logs, messages, diffs, and approval requests, to a synchronized web and mobile interface. From your phone or browser, you can monitor progress, review changes, respond to clarifying questions, approve next steps, or intervene through text or a full conversational voice mode, where you can plan, brainstorm, and iterate with the agent using two-way voice interaction.

For more complex tasks, Omnara supports Orchestrator Mode, where agents can spawn and coordinate additional sub-agents to work in parallel. Sessions can optionally run in worktree-isolated environments, keeping changes scoped, reviewable, and easy to reason about as agents operate concurrently.

Omnara is designed for resilience as well as flexibility. With seamless session handoff across local and cloud environments, work can continue even if your laptop goes offline. Context, chat history, and uncommitted code are preserved, allowing you to resume or continue sessions without interruption. Combined with cross-device state synchronization and an optional conversational voice coding agent, Omnara keeps work moving whether you’re commuting, walking, or stepping away from your desk.
